through every stage of the residency match process. Over three months, you’ll work closely with
our team to strengthen your ERAS profile, refine your interview performance, and position
yourself competitively across all aspects of the Match. We begin by developing a polished
Personal Statement and ERAS‑ready CV that highlight your strengths and align with program
expectations. You’ll receive tailored interview preparation, multiple mock interviews, and
ongoing strategy calls to ensure you’re always moving forward with clarity and confidence.
Together, we’ll build a targeted application list, craft professional email scripts for program
director outreach, and refine your research positioning to maximize your competitiveness. You’ll
also receive full ERAS navigation support, away rotation planning and matching guidance, and
step‑by‑step assistance with ECFMG certification and visa considerations—ensuring you’re fully
prepared on both the academic and logistical fronts. This program provides the structure,
insight, and mentorship needed to approach the Match with confidence and a strong, strategic
application.
