Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through MatchLabMD
(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via www.matchlabmd.com or any affiliated platforms.

1. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS COVERED
   This Policy applies to all services and products offered by MatchLabMD, including but not limited to:

• ERAS application consulting and strategy
• Residency and fellowship interview preparation
• CV, personal statement, and document review services
• Research mentorship, advising, and academic coaching
• One-on-one and group coaching sessions
• Digital products, templates, recordings, and educational materials

1. NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES RENDERED
   All services that have been completed, partially completed, or delivered are strictly non-refundable.
   Once a consultation, review, session, or advisory service has occurred, no refunds will be issued under
   any circumstances.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – FINAL SALE
   All digital products are final sale. Once access is provided, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be
   issued.
3. PACKAGES AND MULTI-SESSION SERVICES
   For bundled services, any session or portion already delivered is non-refundable. Unused sessions
   expire and are forfeited unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
   Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are
   forfeited without refund.
5. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
   You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered services or accessed products.
   Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a material breach of this Policy.
6. EXCEPTIONS
   Refunds or credits may be issued solely at MatchLabMD’s discretion in cases of technical failure
   attributable to us.
7. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
   MatchLabMD reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
